A complex of five buildings in Kragujevac with 220 apartments, eleven commercial units, two underground garages and a shared spa and gym. PIERRE covers entrance control, the garage ramps, video surveillance and the intercom, and heating and cooling in the apartments. With five entrances and two garages, a resident carries one access for the whole complex, on the phone or on the BERLIN 10" panel, whichever building they live in. Inside the apartment heating and cooling are set room by room, and when someone calls at the entrance the panel shows the camera before the door is opened.
