A residential and commercial complex in Kragujevac, built by Titan ID Invest. PIERRE handles the entrance, the garage ramp, the cameras and the intercom, and continues inside the apartments with smart locks and control of heating and cooling. The apartment door opens from the app or with a code, so access can be given to a guest or a cleaner for a set period and taken back afterwards. Heating and cooling are set room by room on the BERLIN 10" panel, and the same controls are on the phone, so the apartment can be brought to temperature before anyone arrives.
