A residential building in Belgrade, delivered turnkey in 2026. PIERRE covers the shared parts, that is entrance control, the garage and the ramp, video surveillance and the intercom. Since the system was planned together with the building, the cabling and the panels are part of the construction, and residents move into a finished setup. Each apartment gets its own access, and the entrance can be opened from the app wherever the resident happens to be.
