A residential building in Novi Sad with 27 apartments on four levels, from the ground floor to the third. PIERRE covers the shared parts of the building. Residents open the entrance and the garage ramp from one app, see the camera feed from the common areas, and take intercom calls on the panel or on the phone, so the door can be opened for a visitor from anywhere. Access is granted per apartment and withdrawn the same way when a tenant moves out.
